Online Banking & Bill Payment Users
We will be working diligently to provide you with access to your new UCB Online and Mobile Banking services beginning Saturday, October 10. We anticipate services will be available by mid-morning, but we encourage you to stay tuned to this webpage for the latest updates. As soon as your new UCB services are “live,” you will be able to enroll and access your accounts online at UCBbank.com and via your UCB Banks Mobile* App. However, please note the following important dates and times when online account access and activities will be temporarily unavailable.
- Online & Mobile Banking Users - Beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2026, online banking access at mcbbank.net and mobile banking access using your MCB On the Go app will be in View-Only mode to begin conversion. At this time, you will be able to login to your current Midland online banking services but will not be able to perform any transfers, mobile deposits, or bill payments. You will, however, be able to view your current balance and limited transaction history. Please refer to the Welcome Book, Frequently Asked Questions, and the Digital Banking Enrollment Guide for more detailed information and other important changes.
- Online Bill Pay Users - Beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2026, Bill Pay will be temporarily limited to a View-Only mode. In this mode, you will not be able to make, schedule, or change any online Bill Payments. Please submit or schedule any Bill Payments you need to make before 6:00pm on Thursday, October 8th. Unfortunately, your current MCB Bill Pay biller information and payment history will not convert. Your Bankers will be contacting you directly and will be happy to assist you in reestablishing your biller information in your new UCB Digital Banking. Please refer to the Welcome Book and Frequently Asked Questions for more detailed information and other important changes.
Deposit Account Changes
Your current deposit accounts will transition to new UCB deposit accounts. However, unless you have been personally contacted, your account number will remain the same. Your account type though, will change to the UCB account that most closely matches the features and benefits of your current Midland account. Please refer to these Deposit Account Changes beginning on page 8 in the Welcome Book for more information about your new account types, as well as the terms and conditions beginning on page 18.
Loan Accountholders
This transition does not affect the financing terms of your loan. Your loan number will remain the same and you will now have the added convenience of additional locations. For specific loan account questions, you may contact our Loan Servicing Center toll-free at 1-888-822-4087. The mailing address is PO Box 148, Gillespie, IL 62033. You will receive a letter in the mail outlining the complete details of the changes to your loan service provider.
